"Bryndzové halušky"
Ingredients:
2-3 potatoes
4-5 table spoons flour
Salt
1 egg
Sheep cheese
Cream
Bacon
Oil
Instructions:
Peel potatoes and ground them.
Add an egg, flour.
Add 1 teaspoon salt.
Make a dough that is not too though and not too watery. You may use more or less flour or add a bit of water if it is too tough.
Boil water with 2 teaspoons of salt.
While the cabbage is cooking add regularly the rest of the stock from the oxo cubes.
Dumplings are done when they float on the surface.
Serve with potato dumplings.
Pick them out with strainer.
Put a little bit of oil to it and stir it all.
Make a mixture of sheep cheese and sour cream.
Cut bacon to small cubes and fry them.
Serve dumplings with the mixture of sheep cheese and fried bacon on the top.
